1. Certificates: certificates are valid for hotel accommodations only and do not include tax, transportation, food/beverages, gratuities or resort fees (if any).
2. Age: Must be 21 and older (1 person at least)
3. Family: USA Destinations: 4 travelers of any age. Mexico & International Destinations: 2 adult and 2 children (12 years and under)
4. Restrictions: Live at least 100 miles away from destination
5. Travel: must be booked a minimum of 30 days out. (No last-minute bookings)
6. Destination: 1 voucher per destination
7. Activation Fee: an activation fee must be paid prior to being able to access hotel search inventory
8. Availability: Hotel availability will vary according to dates selected. The more flexible you can be, the more hotels you’ll have to choose from for your given destination.
9. Usage: Complimentary vacations are limited to 1 trip per household per year
UPGRADES AVAILABLEDepending on the property, a variety of upgrades may be available such as: additional travelers, room/suite upgrades, meal/drink packages, tours, shows, spa services, etc. Any upgrades will have a cost associated with them and are optional.
